Day 1 – 4 x 800m, 1 min rest. Keep range within 7-12 secs.
Day 2 – 2 x 8 mins, 5 mins rest. Second interval should be faster than the first. Compare to W2D1.
Day 3 – 3 Rounds: 100m, 200m, 400m, as fast as possible. 30 secs rest between intervals, 1:30 rest between rounds.
