Teams of 3 for both workouts

A. 12 RFT
50 yard sled sprint @ light weight
*Partners 1 and 3 will line up at door, and Partner 2 will be at the 50m mark

B. 3 RFT
25m push, then
Athlete runs back to start and performs 5 synchro push-ups w/team, then
Athlete runs back to sled to hook up rope and runs back to start, then
Athlete pulls sled back to start
1 round = All 3 athletes performing the work above
